Purple Patch Turns 10

Purple Patch turns 10 this month, and we think that’s worth celebrating!

We’re proud of being an independent charity that works hard to support adults and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism to engage with new experiences and reach their full potential. 10 years is a big milestone, and one we’re very happy to have reached. So we’re celebrating by having a party!

It’s on Friday 18th October at St Chad’s Parish Centre in Leeds. Participants, family members, support networks and anyone else who’s part of our purple family is welcome. It’s free to attend but space is limited so please book your place as soon as you can through Eventbrite or by ringing Melanie on 077301 44934.

With special thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund for their support.

We’ve also been celebrating in the 10 weeks running up to our birthday by sharing 10 things we’re proud of, 10 ways to support us and the thoughts of 10 of our fabulous purple people on social media. You can see the campaign on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using #10yearsofpurplepatch.
