Buddy Training!

Welcome to the Move On Up Buddy Training!
Being a Buddy is all about being a friend to someone new. The Buddy Training will help individuals feel confident to be a friend to someone new in their group or class. In the training, trainees will think about what they would do in different situations, do a range of creative activities about being a Buddy and learn about the support they will have as a Buddy.

The Buddy Training is part of Move On Up, which was previously funded by National Lottery Community Fund, and aims to support young learning-disabled people to feel empowered as they transition into adult community services.
Our Buddy Training is available as both an in-person offer for groups, or as an online course which can be completed individually. To find out more about each option and the costings, please contact Hannah, Head of Development: hannah@purplepatcharts.org / 07547 401776
