Project Co-ordinator – Move On Up

Move On Up supports young learning-disabled people to feel confident in the face of change and be empowered during their transition from education into adult community services and beyond. Move On Up Phase 2 is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund from July 2026 – June 2030.

We are looking for a passionate, creative Project Co-ordinator to support the running of the Move On Up Phase 2 project, including delivering Transition workshops, Reflection workshops, and training, supporting the Move On Up Steering Group, supporting the development of a usable reflection tool, and providing appropriate information to participants and their support networks, along with the associated administration, monitoring and planning.
