Project Manager – Move On Up
Move On Up supports young learning-disabled people to feel confident in the face of change and be empowered during their transition from education into adult community services and beyond. After a hugely successful first phase of the project, we want to do more. Move On Up Phase 2 will develop pioneering work that will support learning-disabled people to reflect on their experiences, express their thoughts, feelings and opinions, and make informed decisions. The project will give young learning-disabled people the skills and confidence to advocate for themselves and empower them to live the lives they want to live. Move On Up Phase 2 is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund from July 2026 – June 2030.
We are looking for a creative, organised Project Manager to manage the Move On Up Phase 2 project, including delivering Transition workshops, Reflection workshops, and training, running the Move On Up Steering Group, developing a usable reflection tool, and providing appropriate information to participants and their support networks, along with the associated administration, monitoring and planning.
